Farewell Dick!

As the winter of great change continues at the Olympus Marquees Berwick Bandits (Powered by Mike Hope Wooler), the new managerial team have confirmed that the season opening "50th Season Spectacular" meeting will be the last opportunity to witness a master at work!

Having taken up announcing duties at Berwick Speedway back in 1972, Dick Barrie has made the decision to hand over the microphone and step into retirement from meeting presentation duties after the massive season's opener on March 18th.

Ben Fund Bandits

Three of your 2017 Berwick Bandits will take their place in the season opening Ben Fund Bonanza at the Peugeot Ashfield Stadium, Glasgow, on Sunday 12th of March @ 2pm.
This is a great opportunity to see our skipper Kevin Doolan, our new No.1 Lewis Bridger and the ultra popular Claus Vissing cut their first competitive laps of the 2017 season.

Although on-track silverware was hard to come by for speedway’s Olympus Marquees Bandits in 2016, the club proudly lead the way in other very, very significant areas.
